One QR code per associate

Your best associates, on Google.

A QR code on every badge. Happy customers land on your Google review page in two taps. Unhappy ones reach your store manager — before they reach the internet.

No POS integration. No SMS bills. Live in a day.

That's great to hear

Would you share it on Google? It means a lot to Jordan.

Scanned at the counter. Routed in one tap.

The customer is still standing in front of the person who helped them. That's the moment to ask — not three days later in a text they ignore.

    They scan the badge

Each associate's QR carries their identity and their store. No app, no login — the phone camera opens your branded page.

  2. 02

    Great? Straight to Google

One tap opens your store's Google review composer, with an optional starter line that names the associate who helped.

  3. 03

Not great? Straight to the manager

A short form goes to that store's managers by email, Reply-To the customer, with a ticket to track it to resolved.

Every store. Every associate. One screen.

See which stores are winning, which associates customers love, and which complaints are still open — across every location, or just the one a manager runs.

  • Location performance and leaderboards
  • Store-manager logins scoped to their store
  • Printable badge sheets and counter QR codes
  • Ticket inbox with status, notes and saved customers

Credit lands on the person who earned it.

Per-associate QR codes

Unique code per person, reissued in one click when a badge goes missing. Counter codes for the register and receipts.

Manager alerts in seconds

Complaints email every manager on the store, with the customer's preferred contact method and Reply-To set.

Leaderboards

Scans, great experiences and Google taps per associate — the numbers you need to run a recognition program.

Multi-location dashboard

Trends, store comparisons and open tickets, for owners, district leads and store managers.

Your domain, your brand

Customers see reviews.yourbrand.com in your colors and logo. Not ours.

API included

Stores, associates, tickets and stats over a REST API. Sync staff from HR, push stats to your BI.

Why not a text-message review tool?

SMS platforms need your POS to hand over every customer's phone number, then pay per message to ask later. A QR asks in person, right now.

The fine print, in plain language.

Is this review gating? Is it allowed by Google?+

Google's policy prohibits discouraging negative reviews or selectively soliciting positive ones. By default every customer — happy or not — can still reach your Google page: unhappy customers see a "prefer to post publicly?" link under the contact form. The private form is an extra path to a fast fix, not a wall.

Can we reward associates?+

Yes — reward employees for great service using the leaderboard. Never offer customers anything in exchange for a review; Google and the FTC both prohibit incentivized customer reviews.

Do customers need an app or an account?+

No. The phone camera opens a web page on your domain. The whole thing takes about 20 seconds.

What do we need to get started?+

Your store list, each store's Google review link (or Place ID), manager emails, and your associates' names. We generate the badges; you print them.

Do you get Google's review data?+

We count taps through to your Google review page. Google doesn't report which taps became posted reviews, so we never claim it does.

Can it live on our own domain?+

Yes. Point a CNAME like reviews.yourbrand.com at us and customers never see our name except a small footer credit.

Put a review on every badge.

Per-location pricing. No setup fee, no SMS bills, no long contract. Tell us about your stores and we'll send badges for one location to try.
